1.Order Cancellatieu
To cancel a placed order, please contact us at service@hototools.eu before the order ships out. Submitting a cancellation request before the order ship out will not guarantee a cancellation success. Customers will receive an email confirmation if the order is successfully canceled.
We will not be able to cancel an order after the order is shipped out. Please wait for the order to deliver and contact us for a return within 14 days of delivery. Rejecting a shipped-out order or failing to follow the return procedure might cause item loss in transit or rejection by the warehouse due to no return registration which might lead to ineligibility of refund or replacement.
After we have received your return package and confirmed that the package is complete, and the package unopened in good condition. Please note there will be a restocking fee of $10 (per unit) deducted from the final refund.
2. Return & Exchange
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. For used product, a 30% of the total order amount will be deducted from the final refund.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer have to show, via photos or video, the defect in your product, and the associated defect is eligible for coverage.
To be eligible for returns,
- Products must be in their unused condition with the original packing and unopened. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, used, damaged, or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
- Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. Hoto cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Hoto. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
- Damaged items caused by human factors.
3. How do I return my items?
You have up to 14 days to start your return from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return.
Items from different orders cannot be returned within the same package.
Please DON'T return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.

Contact us and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.
Step 2. GET RETURN INSTRUCTION
Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will provide you return address with the detailed instructions.
Step 3. RETURN THE GOODS
Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it according to the return instruction.
Step 4. REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.

Please note that refunds will be applied to the form of original payment method used to make the order.
